Deep Woods Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of grape parcels from the estate vineyard at Yallingup and selected growers in the southern Margaret River.

The bulk of the fruit ferments in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, with a small percentage seeing barrel fermentation. Judicious lees stirring enhances texture and complexity.

Pale straw, Deep Woods Estate Sauvignon Blanc has zesty lime and tropical fruit flavours, natural acidity and a persistent finish. Enjoy now, slightly chilled.
